Rates

$200 for Initial Appointment
$175 for Individual Session

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider. If you’d like to submit for reimbursement, I can provide a detailed superbill for you to send to your insurance company.

Payment

Cash, check, credit card, debit card, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be billed at the full session rate.
